Megan Ladd

Megan Ladd is a seasoned professional in certification management, currently serving as Certification Manager at the Association for Financial Professionals since April 2012, where responsibility includes providing support to FPAC certification candidates and representing AFP at conferences. Previous roles within the organization included Certification Specialist, Certification Coordinator, and Certification Administrator, focusing on candidate support, corporate sales webinars, and developing new certification programs. Prior to AFP, Megan gained varied experience as a Sales Representative at ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, a Graphic and Factory Floor Specialist at Tervis, and a Volunteer with the Peace Corps, where significant contributions included teaching English and organizing educational initiatives. Megan holds a BA in English and Russian from the University of Florida and has also volunteered as a Conversation Partner at the English Language Institute and engaged in Model United Nations activities.
