Xavier Matagne

Xavier Matagne began their work experience in 2007 at Accenture as a Business Analyst. Xavier then moved on to Close International, where they worked as a Project Manager from December 2007 to April 2010. In 2010, they joined Equinix EMEA as a Project Director, where they remained until September 2018. Since October 2018, Xavier has held the role of Group Development Director at Africa Data Centres, and they currently serve as the Chief Development Officer starting in June 2022.

Xavier Matagne received their MSc in Engineering, specializing in Electro Mechanical (Aerospace) from the University of Liège in 2007. Additionally, they completed an Executive MBA with a major in Entrepreneurship & Innovation at HEC Paris from 2017 to 2018. In 2007, they obtained an Engineer's degree from Northwestern Polytechnical University. Xavier also earned an Executive Certificate in Innovative Management & Entrepreneurial Leadership from Babson College in 2017.
