Ken Wairagu

Ken Wairagu is currently the Vice President of Global Delivery Operations at Africa AI Labs. Prior to this role, Ken served as the Product Director at a Stealth Startup and was the Director of Service Delivery Operations at Samasource. With a strong background in service quality and learning & development, Ken has held various managerial and training roles at companies such as afb - all you can be, Horizon Contact Centers Ltd, and KenCall. Ken holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Kenyatta University.
