Rick Kittles

Rick Kittles is a distinguished researcher and academic leader currently serving as the Senior Vice President for Research at Morehouse School of Medicine since August 2022. Kittles has been a member of the Board of Trustees at the Rochester Institute of Technology since May 2018 and co-founded African Ancestry, acting as the Scientific Director since February 2003. Previous roles include Professor and Associate Director for Health Equity at City of Hope, and various professorships at The University of Arizona and the University of Illinois at Chicago. Kittles earned a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Rochester Institute of Technology.
