Chase Olbrich

Research Specialist at J.D. Power

Chase Olbrich has had a diverse range of work experience. In 2008, they worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Oregon. From 2008 to 2011, Chase worked as a Research Assistant II at The Oregon Social Learning Center, where they conducted assessments and collected biometric data for various research projects. In 2011, they began working at the University of Minnesota, first as an Assistant Coordinator for the Disability Policy & Services Certificate Program, where they managed employee data and assisted the Certificate Coordinator. They also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Institute of Child Development, where they observed and recorded project participants in a study on international adoption. In 2013, Chase did a School Psychologist Internship at the Palos Verdes Peninsula Unified School District, where they consulted with schools and evaluated students for special education placement. In 2015, they worked as a School Psychologist at the Orange Unified School District, providing services to high-need students and collaborating with the mental health team. In 2017, Chase had two roles: a Shopper Insights Internship at Mattel, Inc., where they conducted primary research projects and presented research findings to various teams, and a Research Specialist role at J.D. Power, where they managed data-driven market research projects in various industries.

Chase Olbrich completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology at the University of Oregon from 2004 to 2008. Afterwards, they pursued a Master of Art's (M.A.) in Educational Psychology at the University of Minnesota from 2011 to 2013. Later, in 2016 to 2017, Chase attended the University of Southern California and obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Applied Psychology.
