Celia Weisman

Celia Weisman is the Individual Giving Manager at African Community Housing & Development. With a background in development and fundraising, Celia has worked with various non-profit organizations such as Ventures Non Profit, Sustainable Housing for Ageless Generations (SHAG), SouthEast Effective Development (SEED), Lupus Foundation of America, Inc., and Spectrum Dance Theater. Celia also has experience as the Owner of Celia Y. Weisman Consulting. Celia holds a Bachelor's degree in Comparative Religion from Barnard College, a Master's degree in Religion and Women's Studies from Columbia University, and a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Performance Studies with a focus on Feminist Innovations in Jewish Ritual and Protestant Liturgy from New York University.
