Ekene Uzor

Ekene Uzor currently serves as the Special Assistant to the President on Banking and Strategy at the African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank) since October 2014. Prior experience includes roles as Group Strategy Manager and European Credit Risk Manager at HSBC, as well as a Fixed Income Analyst at JP Morgan and a Banking Officer at Citi Group. Ekene began a career in banking as a Banking Analyst at UBA. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Cardiff Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Benin.
