Jitendra Badwe

Jitendra Badwe has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Jitendra currently holds the position of Group Chief Human Resources Officer at African Industries Group since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Global Head of HR at InfoCepts from August 2019 to March 2022. Jitendra also worked as a Group Manager-HR at iNautix Technologies from December 2014 to March 2022. Jitendra has also worked at IBM as DGM HR from May 2007 to December 2014, and at Tata Autocomp Systems Ltd as Head HR-TACO Engineering from November 2003 to May 2007.
