Joseph Murei

Joseph Murei has worked in various roles since 2013. Joseph began their career at AAR Insurance Kenya Ltd as a Business Development professional. In 2015, they joined Ascendance Rwanda as a Project Manager. Since 2018, they have been working with African Leadership Group in various roles. These include The Room Customer Support Operations Lead, ALX Inbound Support Lead, ALX Senior Leadership Facilitator, and ALX Leadership Facilitator. In these roles, they have been responsible for curating wonderful customer experiences, setting up and driving increasingly high-quality standards, creating an awesome customer experience, and developing public speaking and effective communication.

Joseph Murei has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Political Science from Moi University from 2009 to 2013, and a Master of Science - MS in Management and Organization Development from United States International University - Africa from 2022 to 2023. Joseph also holds three certifications: an Invited MBA mini-MBA obtained in December of 2022, The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing Certified from Google obtained in August of 2020, and Conversational Marketing Certified from Drift obtained in July of 2020.
