Thomas Schmedding is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in partnership development, operations, and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as Director of Partnerships at the African Leadership Group and Senior Advisor at Mazi Mobility, Thomas also co-founded Kesho, focusing on pre-seed investment for African ventures, full stack acceleration support, and boutique travel. Previous roles include Chief of Staff at OnFrontiers and Head of Development at the African Leadership Group, where Thomas played key roles in operational leadership. With a strong entrepreneurial background as co-founder of FreshBox, an AgTech solution, and a project designer at Komaza, expertise extends to strategic recruitment and organizational implementation. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in International Development, Management, and Public Policy from Southern Methodist University.
