Margaret Ondeng

Margaret Ondeng, CPM, serves as the Head of Fintech at ECS Africa since October 2023, overseeing product discovery and delivery in collaboration with various financial entities. Currently a Product Coach in Residence at The African Leadership University, Margaret is dedicated to sharing knowledge and expertise. Previously, as Product Director for Payments at Peach Payments, Margaret led teams to innovate payment strategies across multiple African markets. In earlier roles, Margaret managed product and support aspects of the Jenga Payment Gateway at Finserve Africa and spearheaded the Mobile Money Payments Strategy at DPO Group, contributing significantly to the company's acquisition. Margaret's career began as a Software Engineer, focusing on mobile money integrations across various African countries. Currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Boston University, Margaret also holds a Master of Science in Computational Intelligence and a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering.
