Samiratu Ntohsi

Samiratu Ntohsi is a professional in the field of software engineering and education, currently serving as a Software Engineering Faculty specializing in Machine Learning and Computer Science at The African Leadership University since August 2023. In addition to this role, Samiratu leads the Rwanda Chapter of Omdena, demonstrating leadership in collaborative projects. Previous experience includes serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University Africa, where responsibilities encompassed facilitating student understanding of machine learning concepts, and designing academic activities at The African Leadership University as a Software Engineering Experience Associate Designer. Samiratu has also gained practical development experience as a Flutter Developer at ICARUS LTD and as a Mobile Developer Intern at Hexakomb. Samiratu holds a Master of Science in Engineering Artificial Intelligence from Carnegie Mellon University Africa and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The African Leadership University.
