Rachel Adams

Rachel Adams is currently serving as a Consultant at the African Union and UNESCO. Prior to this role, Rachel held various positions such as Chief Executive Officer at African Observatory on Responsible AI, Principal Investigator and Director at Global Index On Responsible AI, Editor in Chief at South African Journal on Human Rights, and Research Fellow at Leverhulme Centre for the Future of Intelligence. With a background in International Law and Legal Studies, Rachel has also worked as a Chief Research Specialist at HSRC and a Senior Researcher at the South African Human Rights Commission. Rachel holds a PhD in International Law and a BA in English Language and Literature.
