Itumeleng (Tumi) Moagi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2007, Tumi worked as a Process Supervisor at Monitoring SA until March 2011. From September 2011 to August 2016, they served as the Managing Director at Media Savvy. Tumi then joined Ornico as an Account Manager from August 2016 to July 2017.

In August 2017, Tumi became an Entrepreneur in Training at the Meltwater Entrepreneurial School of Technology (MEST), where they gained knowledge in technology, coding, and business communication. Following their time at MEST, Tumi co-founded Growth Factor Technologies (Nvoicia) in January 2018. In this role, they served as the Co-founder and Marketing Lead, overseeing the supply chain financing company's operations.

Tumi's entrepreneurial spirit led their to establish another venture, Africa's Talking, where they took on multiple roles. From February 2021, they served as the Co-founder (Nvoicia) and handled expansions in Southern Africa. Additionally, they took on the role of Expansions - South Africa, contributing to the company's growth.

In December 2021, Tumi joined the African Women Entrepreneurship Cooperative as an AWEC Recruitment Ambassador, a position they held until April 2022. Tumi's work experience highlights their expertise in entrepreneurship, technology, marketing, and leadership, making their a valuable asset in various industries.

Itumeleng (Tumi) Moagi completed a Diploma in Software Engineering from College Campus from 2005 to 2007. The degree focused on Computer Software Engineering.
