Abdus Samad

Abdus Samad is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and banking regulation and compliance. Abdus has been a Partner at Afridi & Angell since June 2012, previously serving as a Senior Associate and Associate within the same firm. Additionally, Abdus spent a brief period as a Foreign Visiting Lawyer at Slaughter and May in 2016, where responsibilities included advising on cross-border M&A and restructuring. Abdus obtained an L.L.B. in Law from King's College London from 2008 to 2011 and completed a High School Diploma at Lahore American School from 1994 to 2008.
