Lindsay Kile

Lindsay Kile (Smith) is a Learning and Development Specialist currently employed at Applied Systems since August 2021, where responsibilities include preparing and coordinating learning programs, managing eLearning platform operations, and collaborating with trainers and presenters. Prior to this role, Lindsay served as a Learning and Development Specialist at the Teacher Retirement System of Texas, focusing on training design and management of the Learning Management System. Additional experience includes various internships and consulting roles at Texas A&M University and the City of Bryan, as well as being self-employed as a nanny and working as a Wedding and Event Assistant. Lindsay holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Dallas Baptist University.
