Destini Perkins

Miss Destini Perkins is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in youth advocacy, social media marketing, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Youth Board Member for Afrika Tikkun, Miss Perkins actively contributes to event planning and program promotion. As a User Generated Content Creator for Goddi By Dess LLC, collaboration with national agencies has led to innovative marketing strategies for well-known brands. Previous roles include Social Media & Marketing Intern for the County of San Diego Black Chamber of Commerce and Virtual Media Assistant for Spectra Virtual Solutions, where content development and audience engagement were emphasized. Miss Destini's advocacy experience extends to roles with the American Friends Service Committee and the Friends Committee on National Legislation, focusing on systemic oppression and community organization. Miss Perkins holds a degree from Utah Valley University and has a strong commitment to empowering youth leadership and promoting social justice initiatives.
