Matida M. Ndlovu

Matida M. Ndlovu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture capital and project management. Currently serving as Co-Managing Director at Avala Capital and Managing Director at Avala VII, Matida oversees investments in prominent internet technology companies across Germany, England, and the USA. With a strong foundation in operations, Matida has previously held roles as an Operations Manager and intern at Avala Capital, managing legal and regulatory matters for a fund with significant assets. Matida is also involved with AfriLabs Foundation as a project manager for the Manjaro Virtual Learning Platform, supporting the development of capacity-building tools for tech and innovation hubs. Matida’s academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Management from ESMT Berlin and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Ruhr University Bochum.
