Rafael Menendez Cuiñas

Rafael Menendez Cuiñas has a range of work experience in various industries and roles. Rafael is currently working at AFRY as the Senior Principal and Global Head of Offshore Wind, as well as the Senior Principal and Head of Strategy Iberia. Prior to this, they worked at KPMG España as a Senior Manager in the Global Strategy Group. Rafael also held positions at Telefónica as the Head of Innovation Office, Head of Firefox OS Global Operations, and Head of Operations of Open Web Devices. Before that, they worked at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants as a Project Manager and Senior Consultant. Rafael gained further experience at Gas Natural Fenosa as the Head of M&A, Alliances, and Business Development, and as a Gas & Power Business Development Analyst. Rafael started their career as a Project Analyst at the Embassy of Spain in New York. In addition, they completed the Class of December 2010 at INSEAD.

Rafael Menendez Cuiñas has a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, which they obtained between 1994 and 2001. Rafael also holds a Master's Degree in International Business Management from ICEX, completed in 2004. In 2010, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at INSEAD, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
