Sara Klingenborg

Sara Klingenborg currently serves as Executive Vice President and Head of Human Resources at AFRY, a position held since March 2019. In this role, Sara oversees HR for the company’s divisions, including the AFRY X Division and the ÅF Industrial & Digital Solutions Division, which collectively comprise 4000 employees globally. Prior to joining AFRY, Sara held various HR leadership roles at ÅF, Eniro, and Accenture, gaining extensive experience in recruiting, employer branding, and HR management across multiple regions including Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Poland. Sara began a career in recruitment as a consultant at InterSearch and Morgan & Partners, specializing in IT competencies. Sara Klingenborg earned a BSc in Psychology from Lund University, completing studies in 1999.
