Ulrika Holmgren

Ulrika Holmgren is an experienced professional in HR and talent management, currently serving as the Head of Employee Experience at AFRY since June 2021. Previously, Ulrika held various leadership roles at Telia from June 2016 to June 2021, including Group Head of Talent Management and Group Head of People Sourcing, focusing on recruitment and workforce planning. Prior to this, Ulrika was the Head of Competence Management at Nordea and worked at TeliaSonera as the HR Process & IT Alignment Lead, managing global HR projects. Early in the career, Ulrika served as a Global Program Manager at Atlas Copco and amassed extensive project management experience at UNIT4 Agresso AB and Nextlearn, implementing HR and learning management systems for various organizations. Ulrika holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Umeå University.
