Walter Starks

Walter Starks is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as a Senior Electrical Engineer at AFRY since April 2023. Previously, Starks worked as an Electrical Engineer at W G Yates & Sons Construction Co from January 2021 to April 2023. A significant portion of Starks' career was spent at KBR from July 1991 to January 2021, where responsibilities included serving as a Sr. Technical Advisor - Electrical, along with being a SmartPlant Electrical SPEL administrator and trainer. Starks' career also includes positions as an Electrical Engineer at BE&K from December 1988 to June 2008 and at US Pipe and Foundry from 1985 to 1988. Walter Starks holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from The University of Alabama, completed between 1982 and 1984.
