Karin Kos

Karin Kos is currently the Head of HR at AFS Group since April 2023. Before that, Karin held the position of Head of HR at SaxoBank from January 2020 to May 2023. Prior to their tenure at SaxoBank, Karin was the Head of Human Resources at BinckBank from September 2002 to January 2020. Karin also has experience as an Equity Trader at Metzler Securities from September 1998 to September 2002 and as a Financial Assistant at Barclays de Zoete Wedd (BZW) from August 1997 to August 1998. Karin completed their education at HEAO from 1992 to 1997.
