Ramon Marco Lopez

Ramon Marco Lopez has extensive experience in production delivery and problem management, currently working at IBM since August 2020. Previously, Ramon held roles at AFS Intercultural Programs as a volunteer coordinator in Barcelona from 2016 to 2020, and at G2 as a Problem Manager for Banco Sabadell from August 2019 to July 2020. At T-Systems Iberia from March 2012 to June 2019, Ramon served as an Incident and Problem Manager, overseeing teams and enhancing operational efficiency through various initiatives. Additionally, Ramon contributed to operational management and SAP exploitation coordination at T-Systems from May 2001 to March 2012. Ramon holds a degree from UPC School (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya) obtained between 1987 and 1991.
