Mohammed Nasir

Mohammed Nasir is a skilled Data Scientist at AFS Logistics since August 2019, specializing in data science projects and the deployment of machine learning models using AWS and Azure services. Prior to this role, Mohammed served as an Information Technology Project Manager at the Central Bank of Sudan for ten years, where responsibilities included overseeing the transformation of reporting systems and acting as Product Owner for IT projects. With a solid foundation in data engineering, Mohammed developed the bank’s data warehouse and utilized various Microsoft and Azure tools for data solutions. Additional experience includes roles as Solutions Architect, Software Engineer, and Teaching Assistant across diverse educational and governmental institutions. Mohammed holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Sudan University of Science and Technology, a Master's in Computer Sciences from the University of Khartoum, and a Bachelor's in Statistics and Computer Sciences from the University of Gezira.
