Malissa Cormier

Malissa Cormier, MBA, is an experienced manager specializing in human resources and retail management with 17 years in the industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources at AFS Logistics since August 2022, Malissa has previously held the position of Store Manager at Belk from October 2020 to May 2022 and at New York & Company from August 2009 to September 2020. Malissa is recognized for achieving the best overall results in the district from 2016 to 2018 and maintaining top inventory results. As a district credit coach and manager trainer, Malissa has extensive experience in customer relations, sales, recruiting, and inventory control, while also contributing to community initiatives, such as serving as the district hope coach for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Malissa holds an MBA from LSU Shreveport and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Louisiana Monroe.
