Barry Ford currently serves as President and CEO of the Council for a Strong America, where prior roles included Acting President & CEO and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing key teams in Federal Policy, Communications, Research, and State Operations & Policy. In addition to these responsibilities, Barry has held significant positions in various organizations, including Board Member at the Afterschool Alliance and Director of Public Affairs & Advocacy at the USTA, where Barry managed national advocacy efforts for tennis. Barry's extensive experience in government relations and public affairs also includes leadership roles at the National Coalition for Promoting Physical Activity and Citizen Action of New York, as well as a Senior Policy Advisor position in the Office of the Public Advocate for the City of New York. Barry holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and an AB in Government from Harvard University.
