Carina Xiao

Carina Xiao currently serves as a TA Manager at AfterShip since July 2021, where responsibilities include delivering TL, Director, and VP level positions, team building in MKT, Sales, and CS for the APAC region, and evaluating executive search suppliers. Prior to this role, Carina held a similar position at FFalcon from June 2020 to July 2021, focusing on assembling and recruiting teams, developing annual recruitment plans, and facilitating the recruitment of team leaders for new business teams.
