Desiree Lowery M.P.A. has over two decades of experience with the AFTRA Retirement Fund and AFTRA Health Funds, serving as Assistant Manager of Internal Audit and Operations Administrator since June 2000. Desiree holds a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration with a specialization in Health Care Finance from Long Island University, obtained between 1993 and 1996, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from St. John's University, completed from 1983 to 1989.
