Gaëtan Dengis currently serves as an Investment Manager at AG REAL ESTATE since September 2018, specializing in public real estate and finance with a focus on DBFM investments and real estate finance. Prior experience includes a Corporate Finance Manager role, where Gaëtan concentrated on valuation, financial modeling, structuring, and transactions across various real estate asset classes. From September 2013 to August 2018, Gaëtan worked at Deloitte Belgium in M&A Transaction Services and Audit, conducting statutory and consolidation audits under BE GAAP and IFRS for diverse sectors, including real estate and energy. Gaëtan also gained international experience as a Trainee at the Wallonia-Brussels Trade Office in Sydney in late 2012. Educational qualifications include an Executive Master in Future-proof Real Estate from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (2022-2023), a Master in Financial Engineering from HEC Liège (2011-2013), a Bachelor's degree in management from Universidade Nova de Lisboa (2010-2011), and a Bachelor in Business Engineering from HEC Liège (2008-2011).
