Bryce Loyd has a diverse work experience spanning different roles in the agricultural industry. Bryce started their career as a Crop Insurance Underwriter at RCIS: Rural Community Insurance Services in January 2011, where they stayed until July 2012. Bryce then worked as a Crop Insurance Underwriter at Hudson Crop from July 2012 to July 2013. Following this, they served as a Regional Sales Manager at Crop Risk Services from July 2013 to September 2015. After that, Bryce joined Farmers State Bank as an Ag Lender from October 2015 to September 2016. Bryce then moved on to become a Vice President at First State Bank & Trust from June 2018 to December 2020. Bryce subsequently took on the role of Regional Finance Manager at FarmOp Capital from December 2020 to February 2023. Currently, Bryce is employed as a Business Development Officer at Ag Resource Management, LLC, a role they first held from August 2016 to June 2018 and then resumed in February 2023.

Bryce Loyd's education history began in 2003 when they attended Highland Community College. Bryce obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Criminal Justice from this institution, completing their studies in 2005. Following this, Loyd enrolled at Washburn University in 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Management. Loyd successfully completed their undergraduate studies at Washburn University in 2009.
