Kyle P. Cline

Kyle P. Cline, MPA, currently serves as the National Director of Financial Partnerships at the National Association of Counties, where responsibilities include leading the development of strategic partnerships that provide financial solutions for local governments. Prior experience encompasses roles such as National Development Director and Regional Development Manager within the same organization. Additional expertise is demonstrated through work as a Solar Energy Consultant at Ag Solar Solutions, focusing on solar energy solutions for agribusiness, and as a Public Policy Advisor for the Indiana Farm Bureau, representing farmers at the national level. Cline has also held positions in the Ecologic Institute in Berlin, Germany, and Climate-KIC, contributing to environmental policy projects and clean technology initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Affairs from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington.
