Yves Weyts has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Yves is currently the Director of Operations at AG Vespa since October 2023. Yves Weyts has a diverse education history that spans several decades. Yves began their academic journey in 1980 at OLVE, where they obtained their high school diploma, specializing in Mathematics. Yves then proceeded to the University of Antwerp from 1986 to 1990, where they pursued Applied Economics & International Politics, culminating in a degree. Following this, Yves continued their studies at the same university from 1990 to 1991, concentrating on International Politics and earning another degree.

Yves further enriched their education by participating in the Young Managers Programme at INSEAD in 1997, which provided him with insights into various management aspects. Yves pursued further executive education at INSEAD in 1998, specializing in HRM in Asia. In 2000 and 2001, Yves attended Vlerick Business School, focusing on Master Human Resources Management and expanding their expertise in the field. Additionally, in 2016, Yves attended Guberna, where they studied Director Effectiveness, enhancing their understanding of effective leadership in a board setting.

Continuing their commitment to professional development, Yves engaged in additional executive education. In 2020, they attended INSEAD again, this time focusing on Leadership Transition. Most recently, in 2022, Yves enrolled in LearningWaves to delve into Lean & Learn Management, gaining valuable knowledge in this area.
