Karim Alidina

Karim Alidina has a diverse work experience in different roles and companies. Karim worked at the Aga Khan Development Network from 2017, where they held the position of Head of Organisational Development (Global). Prior to that, they worked at the Aga Khan Development Network - Academies Unit from 2013 to 2017 as the Head of HR Operations (Global). Before joining the Aga Khan Development Network, Karim worked at GlaxoSmithKline for several years in various roles, including Area Human Resources Director, Area Director of Human Resources, and Director of Human Resources.

Karim Alidina has a diverse education history. In 1988 to 1992, they attended the University of Hull, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Social Policy and Administration. Following this, in 1993 to 1994, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resource Management at Middlesex University.

Later, in 2021, Karim obtained a Level 6 Accreditation in Kidnap and Ransom Incident Management from Highfield International. Karim also completed Safeguarding Investigator and Management Training at CHS Alliance in the same year, further enhancing their expertise in the field of Safeguarding.
