Riaz Esmail

Riaz Esmail has a long and diverse work experience spanning over several years. Riaz is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at the Aga Khan Development Network since March 2021. Prior to this, Riaz held various positions at JS Bank, including Head of People Services from July 2020 to March 2021 and Head of Talent Acquisition from November 2018 to June 2020. Before joining JS Bank, they worked as a Senior Manager of Human Resources at First Women Bank from January 2015 to October 2018.

Riaz also has experience in the energy sector as the Manager of Human Resources at Tapal Energy (Private) Limited from January 2010 to July 2013. Riaz was responsible for overseeing HR functions, administration, and staff training activities in this role. Previously, Riaz worked at Faysal Bank Limited, where they held multiple roles, including Senior HR Business Partner, Manager Recruitment, and Assistant Vice President.
