Shams Jaffer

Shams Jaffer is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the Aga Khan Development Network. Current role as Director of Human Resources has been held since January 2017, following a position as Head of Talent from January 2015 to December 2016. Prior experience includes a long tenure as Senior Manager of Staffing from February 1985 to December 2014. Shams holds a Master of Business Administration from Hult Ashridge (1999-2001) and a Master of Public Administration along with a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, both from the University of Southern California (1977-1982).
