Fahim Khan currently serves as the Regional Head of Internal Audit for Central Asia and Russia at the Aga Khan Foundation since August 2023, overseeing the internal audit function across multiple country units including Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Russia. Previously, Fahim held the position of Chief Internal Auditor at the Aga Khan Foundation from July 2015 and was the Audit Committee Chair for Aga Khan Health Services, Aga Khan Agency for Habitat, and Aga Khan Education Services from June 2016 to June 2018. Fahim's earlier roles within the Aga Khan Foundation included Head of Internal Audit and Compliance from June 2014 to June 2015 and Finance Manager from June 2010 to May 2014. Prior experience includes working at PwC as a Supervising Senior and Senior Associate from November 2005 to June 2010, focusing on statutory audits and financial reporting. Fahim holds an MBA from the University of Bradford School of Management and is a CA Finalist from the Institute of Chartered Accounts of Pakistan, in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Sociology from the University of Peshawar.
