Furrukh Hussain Zai

Furrukh Hussain Zai is an experienced librarian currently serving as the Head Librarian at the Aga Khan University Institute of Educational Development, overseeing libraries in Karachi, Gilgit, and Chitral since January 2018. Previously held roles include Associate Librarian at the Aga Khan University's faculty of health sciences library, Dy. Manager of Library Systems, Research and Learning Services at Habib University, and Senior Librarian at both Usman Institute of Technology and the International Center For Chemical and Biological Science. Furrukh began as a Library Assistant at Aga Khan University and Commecs College. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Library and Information Science from Karachi University, along with ongoing Master of Philosophy studies in the same field.
