Melissa Lisher, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Talent Operations at the American Gas Association since December 2021, following a tenure as Manager of Talent Operations and Manager of Operations & Engineering at the same organization. Previously, Melissa held the position of Director of Operations and Client Relations at Shaw Bransford & Roth, P.C. from October 2021 to December 2021, and worked at The Spiggle Law Firm in February 2021 until October 2021. Melissa's career in natural gas operations began at CenterPoint Energy, where Melissa was involved from July 2003 to February 2021.
