Besmira Bici

Besmira Bici, MSc, IIBA CBDA, CPhT, is a skilled professional with extensive experience in customer engagement and pharmacy operations. Currently serving as the Customer Engagement Manager at IntegriChain, Besmira leads regular business reviews, analyzes performance data, and enhances customer satisfaction through relationship building and process improvement. Additionally, as the Chief Executive Officer of BREISA, Besmira oversees company operations, while also holding the position of Business Analyst at Agadia. Previous roles include Specialty Pharmacy Liaison at Shields Health Solutions, Certified Pharmacy Technician at St. Joseph's Health and Atlantic Health System, and various customer service positions. Besmira holds a Master of Science in Criminal Law and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Tirana, as well as a degree in General Science from Essex County College.
