Joseph Young

Director, Client Relations at AgAmerica

Joseph Young joined AgAmerica in July 2022 as Director of Business Development. Joseph comes to AgAmerica with extensive experience in client satisfaction and relationship management. Over the course of his career, he has advocated for both the agriculture and business communities through public policy.

Joseph earned his Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. He also holds his Master of Business Administration from Nebraska Wesleyan University. In addition to his education, Joseph has diverse experience removing barriers for farmers, ranchers, and business owners and ensuring a positive client experience. Prior to AgAmerica, he worked as Director of Business Development with Sampson Construction, Executive Vice President of the Nebraska Chamber of Commerce, and Director of Public Policy at the Greater Omaha Chamber. He is also involved in various organizations including the Invest Nebraska Corporation and the University of Nebraska President’s Advisory Committee.

In his role as Director of Business Development, Joseph works to share more about AgAmerica with clients and communicate how they can help support a thriving farm or ranch operation.
