Agape Child & Family Services
Alicia Y. Davis, MA, currently serves as the Director of Development at Habitat for Humanity of Greater Memphis since February 2024. Previously, Alicia held the role of Family Engagement Coordinator at Agape Child & Family Services from April 2018 to February 2024, where responsibilities included designing family engagement ecosystems and managing community voice data. Alicia also worked as a Stars Connector supervisor, coordinating school-based programs and overseeing a team serving over 225 students. Earlier experience includes serving as Site Coordinator/Program Specialist at Communities In Schools of Tennessee at Memphis and as Foster Care Team Supervisor for the Department of Children's Services, focusing on service delivery and team management. Alicia holds a Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling: Life Coaching from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

Agape Child & Family Services is a Christian-based organization providing children and families with healthy homes throughout the Mid-South. Through support and wrap-around services, Agape seeks to provoke community restoration. Agape's services include: homeless services, foster care, adoption, maternity services and counseling, school-based initiatives and community support and referral. Agape will serve more than 10,000 children, adults and families this year through its services and partnerships.
