Gregory Valdivia is an experienced educator and administrator with a strong focus on community engagement and diversity in education. Currently serving as the Family Engagement Coordinator and Athletic Director at Ednovate Inc since July 2025, Valdivia previously held key positions at Equitas Academy Charter Schools, including Founding Community Schools Coordinator and Mathematics Teacher, where data-driven initiatives were implemented to enhance student engagement and support underrepresented populations. Additional expertise includes a role as an Intervention Specialist at Alliance College-Ready Public Schools and as Department Leader at the NYC Department of Education's Bronx Writing Academy, where significant improvements in student proficiency and community involvement were achieved. Valdivia’s background also encompasses experience in luxury customer service and after-school program coordination, along with an educational foundation in Mathematics Education and Communication from Lehman College and UC San Diego, respectively.

Ednovate students will lead social and economic change in their immediate families and communities, and they will make a positive impact in our world at large in their lifetime, which will ripple for generations to come.
