Matthias Van Poucke has a wide range of experience in managing production plants in various industries. Currently, Matthias works as a Site Manager at Agaris, overseeing operations in Gent. Prior to this, Matthias held positions as a Plant Manager at Unilin Group, managing LVT plants with a focus on production, technical aspects, quality, and internal logistics. With a background in Industrial Sciences: Electromechanics, Matthias has also worked at Barry Callebaut and Balta Industries in roles such as Shift Supervisor and Project Engineer.
