Varun Birthire - Pmp

Varun Birthire, PMP and B.Tech graduate, currently serves as the Business Development Manager for Western Canada at AGAT Laboratories, focusing on developing application-specific solutions and securing new clients through strategic commercial agreements. Previously, Varun held a position as Director on the Board of Directors for the Environmental Managers Association of BC, fostering education and cooperation in environmental management. Varun’s extensive experience in the oil and gas sector includes positions at Halliburton, where responsibilities encompassed regional management, project execution, and market penetration strategies across multiple countries. Before Halliburton, Varun worked with Schlumberger and Baker Hughes, providing technical sales support and leading field operations. Varun’s educational background includes a Bachelor in Technology in Gas Engineering and ongoing studies at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
