Kim Bobby Ed.d.

Kim Bobby, Ed.D., serves as the Principal and Executive Search Consultant at AGB Search, LLC, focusing on higher education senior leadership since 2017. In addition, Kim is a Senior Advisor for Justice, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges since October 2020. Previous roles include Chief of Staff at Prince George's Community College from 2017 to 2019, Director of Leadership Programs at the American Council on Education from 2012 to 2017, and Chief Diversity Officer/Associate Professor at the University of Puget Sound from 1999 to 2012. Kim earned an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Washington.
