Artoun Hamalian M.Ed is an experienced educational administrator with a diverse background in leadership roles within various organizations. Currently serving as Executive Assistant at AGBU since November 2017, Artoun also holds the position of Chairperson of Evaluation Visiting Teams for the Middle States Association - Commission on Elementary and Secondary Schools, overseeing accreditation visits since 1990. Previously, Artoun directed the Education Department at the Armenian General Benevolent Union from October 2006 to November 2017 and held the role of AGBU Education Director at Armenian Virtual College until April 2017. Additionally, Artoun was the Principal and Academic Director at Chesterbrook Academy from December 1999 to October 2006. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Studies degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from William Paterson University of New Jersey and a BA in Psychology from the American University of Beirut.
