Ruth Eastman is an experienced events manager currently working at Greenhouse Sports since November 2021, focusing on developing young people through sport. Prior to this role, Ruth was involved with Runaway Racing and RunThrough as event staff from April 2021 to April 2023, and LimeLight Sports as a Junior Staffing and Volunteer Manager in late 2021. Ruth's extensive experience includes several positions at London Business School, where roles included Senior Alumni Relations and Events Manager, Events Manager, Events Coordinator, and Project Coordinator from January 2015 to July 2021. Additionally, Ruth served as a Wedding and Events Assistant at Best Western Hotels GB from December 2013 to January 2015, and briefly as a Special Events Assistant at Save the Children UK in 2014. Ruth holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Drama from the University of Birmingham, attended The Kings School in Peterborough, and possesses a strong background in event planning and management.

We are a London-based charity, partnering with schools to deliver full-time, high-quality sport programmes that give young people the chance to experience structure, goal-setting, teamwork, a sense of achievement and mutual respect. Since 2002, over 40,000 young people have participated on our programmes, working with qualified coaches who are technically skilled in addition to being excellent role models and mentors.
