Seline Karakaya

Seline Karakaya is the Founder and Managing Director of Excelerate Global since 2014, and currently serves as an Angel Investor at the Science and Technology Angels Network (STAN), which focuses on investing in Armenian seed stage startups in science and technology. As a Foundational Advisor for Women Defining AI, Seline addresses the underrepresentation of women in STEM fields and AI. In addition, Seline is an Advisory Board Member for AGBU Innovation Studios, fostering youth innovation in technology and culture. Previous roles include membership in the Los Angeles Venture Association and a Director position at American Securities. With a strong consulting background from Bain & Company and experience in finance at Amgen Inc., Seline holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Strategy from the USC Marshall School of Business.
