Chiara Ballacchino

Chiara Ballacchino is an Analytical Methods Development Scientist at AGC Biologics since November 2023. Prior experience includes a research internship at Università degli Studi del Piemonte Orientale, where Chiara focused on evaluating the in vitro effects of probiotic Cell-Free Supernatants and vitamin D on wound healing models from October 2021 to July 2023. Additionally, Chiara completed an ERASMUS + traineeship at Helmholtz Centre for Infection Research in early 2023, specializing in microbiome research and its impact on intestinal pathogen resistance. Chiara holds a Master's degree in Medical Biotechnologies and a Laurea triennale in Biotecnologie from Università degli Studi del Piemonte Orientale, as well as a Diploma Istituto Tecnico in Chimica e biotecnologie ambientali from IISS Giuseppe Torno.
